🌻Ayurveda never stops to surprise me🌻

I suffer from a genetic disease where my body reproduces more layers of skin on my hands and feet than normal! This causes all sorts of problems with my skin, this disease is related to arthritis. There is no cure however I’m always looking ...ways holistically to help with the symptoms!
I know that sea swimming and sun really help my hands and feet 🙏🌻
This summer my beautiful daughter introduced me to Dandelion Tea .. it’s blown my mind how after 4 weeks my hands are less painful and feeling less inflamed 😊
